Criminal Damage, High View

Dear Resident

Between 07/06/25 @ 21:00 - 09/06/2025 @ 07:00 criminal damage has been caused to a Red Toyota, parked on a driveway in High View, Watford. Owner noticed tyres were fine, but they appeared to be flat by Monday morning. Garage have looked at all four tyres and found a deliberate hole has been made in each one.
